After installing a module [SEO] my site is down. how to disable the modules to bring back the site?
I deleted the modules but still the site is not loading

As you are not getting modules page, you can disable that module from database.

In database - go to system table, then search your module and update status with '0'

Because you removed the module you need to remove the record for the module from system table. Than also empty all cache_* tables.
