I have created a page view and added a Sort By block provided by apachesolr. I can't see this block generates proper links (there is no view 'path' in urls). So attached patch won't help in this situation.

I think in case of views this should be achieved by exposing sorts in block.

Marking issue as fixed as there is workaround available for this task.
