I could not find a similar issue.

Situation:
When using VBO & "Modify field values" I could not select which specific fields to show.

Reason:
The "Operation settings" div gets a "float:left" attached by
views-admin.theme.css
line 394 "#edit-options .collapsible".
This makes the next possible action overlay the whole div and catch any clicks. For me this happened with Firefox as well as Epiphany (Gnome/WebKit Browser).

Technically this would prevent me from using this feature, if I would not be able to disable that float with WebTools / Firebug.

I'm definitely having this problem. I'm wondering, though, where the fault lies since the problematic file is part of Views, not Views Bulk Operations.

Here is a fix that makes the options editable and also offsets the dependent options on the left to make them stand out better.

I could not reproduce the issue in Firefox on Mac OS X.
The patch made no difference.
If anyone confirms that the patch helped them, I will commit it.
