Performance issue when editing forms that include subforms.

Issue Summary

The issue is that the subform module loads all the relevant type nodes from the database to the current page, and then shows the first five and marks the rest as hidden. (view page source)
As the database grows, loading the page for editing takes longer and longer.

Could this be reviewed, and updated accordingly.
