Are there any plans to make fusion for bigger grid systems like some 1200 grids maybe? Soon this grid system could be used much more.

The Drupal 7 version of Fusion and Fusion accelerator includes grid tools to help you create different sized grids; even if it's not supported in the core, you should be able to customize a grid that size with relative ease.

Ok, guessing this will be only D7 option and D6 will be left to current state?

As far as I'm aware, yes. You can create a custom grid definition if you need one though, we have documentation here:

This may help you create the size you want.
