Is this patch meant to remove menu_breadcrumb_hide_on_single_item ? Looks like that's still in the admin screen.

This patch only fixes the name of the 'menu_breadcrumb_single_home_link' variable so the entry gets properly deleted from the database when the module is uninstalled. No functional change.
