This used to be in watchdog module, but it seems it was gone due to some reogranization. The times are printed localized, the watchdog messages are translated, all other stuff is printed in the locale, so it is obvious to translate watchdog type names too. The attached simple patch fixes this. Extractor already extracts watchdog type names for translation, as this used to be translated on the interface.
