Event data not filtered

Using the View, I am creating a Page and a Block. The Block is a Calendar type. When you click on a date with events, the URL shows year, month and day but the list of events is the entire list. I am not sure why the URL dates are being ignored. The view has arguments for Year, Month and Day. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. The development site is at:
