I've made a plugin for a new display mode to taxonomy display module : http://drupal.org/sandbox/victheme/1532780

Is it possible for the sandbox module to be integrated with taxonomy display?

Since the plugin doesn't just work, but requires modification through Display Suite I won't bring the module into taxonomy display.

However, if you make your sandbox project a full project I'm happy to link to it on the taxonomy display homepage under the "Selectable term display" heading.

why not just merge this functionality in this module then ? Since this is really nothing to do with display suite.
