Hello, I am wondering if I am able to use this module in an existing ecommerce theme. My client needs a classified ad system and this seems perfect. Can it be integrated into a ecommerce theme?

Not sure what you call an ecommerce theme. For any production site, you probably want a custom theme, which you could base on an existing free (or not) theme, used as a base theme, to which you could add Classified Ads specific templates. As you can see from the sources, Classified Ads is themable on a number of points:

  • The "classified-expires" template, for the expiration "block" on the node view
  • The "classified_overview" theme function, for the main Classified Ads page
  • The "classified_admin_lifetimes" , less useful, to them the input fields on the scheduled expiration admin UI

Also, note that you can use this module with Views, and this means all of Views' themability.
