Using vocabulary vid causes problems when deploying lexicon with features

When deploying vocabularies with features, they will get assigned the next vocabulary ID in the series, that might very well be different from the one assigned when the feature was created.

For this reason, any settings or similar things that relate to vocabularies in Drupal 7 should use machine_name, not vid.
