On the UC.0rg site someone was asking how to set up a Asc/Dsc filter for pricing for the catalog. After setting it up I noticed that the (uc_catalog) view is being rendered on the font page of the catalog. Is there a way hide the product view from the front page so exposed sort filters don't show?

end user commentedForgot the url http://www.ubercartdemo.com Scroll down till you see the exposed Sort Filter.

longwaveSomeone could change the filters so products are displayed on the front page, so we don't want to hide it always. Isn't this a bug/feature request for Views, if exposed sorts are shown when there is no Views output?
longwaveI don't think this should be changed in Ubercart for the reasons I list in #2; we don't want magic behaviour for the front page, as some users might want products to show up there.
So, this is a duplicate of #1597830: Hide exposed sort creiteria if view is empty. #1301946: Hide exposed sort when view is empty also mentions that you can work around this with templating.
