Bug Description

HTML tables are being re-themed to be more responsive in D7, but there's currently no way to theme and test the HTML tables on a subdomained site such as api.drupal.org

Steps To Reproduce

There are no steps required to reproduce this bug.

Expected Solution

We should probably either make a way to either get the latest D7.x Bluecheese code out onto each subdomained site, or stand up a dev box for each of the sites which might need special themeing assistance?
