The way I understand it, the BeautyTips supports those little 'arrows', which act like speech-bubble pointers. In fact, in the style selections, where you can hover over the radio buttons, each style has such an arrow. But once I save it, the tooltip preview (and all production tooltips) doesn't have it.
Is there something I am missing?

thissideup commentedI finally found it. It is called spike, and under 'custom style options' you have the options 'spikeGirth', which changes the boldness of the arrow, or spike, and spikeLength, which obviously changes the length of the arrow.
