Just wanted to let you know that the Previewable Email Template (PET) module (http://drupal.org/project/pet) now supports HTML mails via MimeMail integration. PET provides previewable, database-stored email templates that can be fired interactively, programmatically, or via Rules. MimeMail support has been at the top of the list of requests from project users and visitors for some time, and the D7 version now supports it.

I wasn't sure how best to let you know, but figured MimeMail users would be interested. Maybe a mention on the project page?

Ohh...this sounds pretty good! I am very busy lately but I will check it out ASAP. Is there a way for other contrib modules to provide templates for PET? Would be awesome for testing purposes if Mime Mail could have some default templates for the general use cases. Or does PET have some default built-in templates?

PET lets you create your own email templates. Doesn't provide anything out of the box, although that's an interesting idea.....
