Release notes

Bug fixes:
- (CRITICAL) File/image fields with multiple values have coverage for all the fields, not just the first file or image: #1429018: ClamAV doesn't scan the second file if the first file passes

New features:
- INSTREAM mode now supported: #1571596: support INSTREAM in daemon mode
- New "verbose" mode (logs all files scanned, not just infected files)
