grant node view permission to user matching profile2 fields using rules autotag

rules auto tag seems promising,but it is too confusing for me,
can any one help some steps to achieve this
I am using recruiter install profile and want to match job per template 'terms reference fields- multiple value-hierarchical select-deepest term saved -plain text' with term reference fields in profile2 fields and 'terms reference field- multiple value-hierarchical select-deepest term saved -plain text' in 'work experience' field collection field. my site has been waiting for this for long time.
I have tried to do with views. but 'Hierarchical select view filter' is not ported D7 and not expected in near future.
Help is highly appreciated
