have to refresh to work with jstools tabs [#160085]

When embedding a timeline view in jstools tabs, it loads incorrectly unless I hit refresh, then its fine.. any tips to get this working?

I have almost rewritten the module. is this still happening with the newest 6.x-2.x version?
