I get error "Notice: Undefined index: #user_category in password_policy_form_alter() (line 428 of /vagrant/public/mlcc_public_website.vbox.local/mlcc/docroot/sites/all/modules/contrib/password_policy/password_policy.module)." On the password tab when this module is enabled.
