Why do my page always show up this message whenever I log out?

where are you logging out from? if from the administration area, it's because you don't have access as an anon user which you become when logging out.

Normally, after logging out you should be redirected to the frontpage. If you are uing a module to alter this behaviour you might land on page you have only access to if you are logged in. What does the address bar say when you get the message.
