Multiple Taxonomy Blocks in a node.

I have a NODE type with about 12 Taxonomy Field reference Fields.
When user clicks on the Field Reference, he drills down to a detail of the reference exactly as predicted.

MY QUESTION: WHAT I WANT:
I would like to have a teaser display under each field reference. My goal is to select On field reference in edit mode, which creates a whole Look in VIEW mode.

2nd request.
Instead of displaying just a teaser or full node of the Taxonomy details, I would like to create specialized views that are easily manipulated, such as in DS.
