The User Login block, disappears after log-in.
This is not big deal, because I able to get by with an added shortcut for user to log-out.
Other blocks such as 'Search', 'Recent Contents', etc seem OK; so the only one I've noticed so far is the "User Login" that seem to disappear.

Sorry if I didn't understand your issue properly, but why a user will get login block when he is already logged.
Please check block settings for User menu block.

Administration >> Structure >> Blocks

Sorry!!! What do you want to say.. I am not getting proper..
and When a user logged in site then why user will need login block.
when a user already logged in then user will need logout.

After login, user should get:
# My Account
# Logout

This block is User menu block.
