Hi,

Few months ago I worked with the GMap module and it has a feature in the filters called "Distance / Proximity", here we could shows a radius with near places. I need exact the same with OpenLayers.

I need to show a place (with contextual filters) and then the map should shows near places around it. I attached an example made with GMap, it shows at the center the place and shows another point in a radius of 1km.

Is this possible with OpenLayers? Thanks!

Yes it can easily be done with OpenLayers. Check out www.drupal.org/project/ol_locator for how it all fits together
