A user can even block himself

I installed the module and checked it out that if user has the rights to administer abuse than he can ban any user who made a offensive content even an Administrator or himself .This could be a very serious issue where a administrator blocks himself.

Also note that the user once banned is not Enabled even by the administrator.

Please check for the same and find resolution .
