sorry everyone, newbie question on OG - can't see how to send invitations to join my (invitation-only) group?

I just had to figure this out as well. If you have turned on the OG blocks, you will see under the Block that bears the name of your group, a line that says "1 subscriber". Click on that to list all subscribers, at which point an "Add Subscriber" tab will appear. Then you can add usernames as CSV.
