If one uses a prefix on their MySQL database - i.e. "$db_prefix = 'drupal_';" in the settings.php file - the instructions to load the oa_drupaled_070716.sql db dump don't warn the user that they will need to edit the file before using it.

Over the next few days, I'll be looking at http://groups.drupal.org/node/5002 to create an initial install profile -- it this works as I think it will, this will address this issue.
It also has the added benefit of making DrupalEd a whole lot easier to install :)
If this doesn't work, I'll edit the documentation to reflect the necessary change --
