Clean URL's Cause an Error when Adding to Bookmarks

Whenever Clean URL's is enabled, the site will 503 Error the request to add to favorites.

When Clean URL's is off, it works fine.

Anyone else experienced this problem? I downloaded the latest dev version just to make sure and same thing. I'm using CCK custom content types if that helps.
