I installed it in Admin>>Modules , but then whn I click Administer this module does not seem to appear. It doesn't appear when I click on Administer "By Module" either.

It would be nice to have some kind of README file

FEATURE REQUEST: It would also be nice if this module could have an option to "Give Credit to $user" and then calculate User's Expertise as an index in colaboration with Karma module and/or some other modules that rates her postings.

In other words, I think this module should be highly customizable as to how a User's "Expertise" is being calculated.

There are no settings available, thats the reason why there is no administration page.
A README file will be added when a stable version is released.
By now I use jrating with [1] for node and comment rating.

Please don't hesitate to do feature requests for possible options.
