When adding content in page manager, if "node form publishing options" is chosen, the resulting pane shows "node form author information" as the pane title. The converse is true if "node form author information" is chosen. The attached screen selection shows the pane after the following selections from the Content sectiion: Add content|Form|Node form publishing options|Finish
