Editing Drupal 7 on Android phone

Greetings,

I am able to edit Drupal 6 pages on my HTC Evo.

I cannot edit Drupal 7 pages. I do not get the keyboard when I touch text fields. Drop down lists work fine.

I am using stock OS and browser.

I have done this in a Froyo stock browser and it worked.
not sure what went wrong.

I too, while using Android 3.2 Gingerbread and stock android browser on my phone, can edit (keyboard appears) on Drupal 6 sites but fails on Drupal 7 site. I bought and returned an Android tablet thinking it was Android problem before remembering that I had in fact edited D6 from phone with success.

Any idea when this will be resolved?
