It looks like IE9 isn't respecting the floating. Attached is a screenshot shrunken down so you can see where all of the blocks on the front page show

drupalninja99 commentedI think this issue was due to the mobile responsive stylesheet breaking ie7-9. Please try the latest version, I believe this has been fixed.
