I've installed the Queue Mail module, but I'm not sure how I should configure it to send out the comment notifications. Currently, no email is being sent out when a new comment is posted.

Help please?

I suggest asking in that queue.

Have you run cron? You will need to run cron to actually do the email sending.

We should probably add the current number of items in the queue and a note about running cron somewhere.
