This sounds like a really exciting and interesting project! Congratulations on the completion.
I understood the basics, but the average Drupal user will not understand "Target" or "Universal Link Filtering" without better documentation or examples.

as i said in my last post [2] i will write a simple,easy to understand guide and project report with demos and that is my next task.

Seems like maybe the best thing to do for the remainder of SoC time is to
1) clean up the code (tabs, spaces, formatting, etc.) per the Drupal code style guidelines.
2) add comments to all the functions
3) work on some documentation and/or a "how-to" handbook like cck, views, and other modules have done
4) freeze the code and only work on bug fixes
