Currently the form depends upon Javascript for adding or removing titles. We need to make the form degrade successfully if javascript is not available or disabled on the browser.

In version 5.x-1.0 the javascript has all been removed.

The reason for this is accessibility as well as maintainability and ease of adding new functionality. Also, the javascript really didn't add anything great or useful.

If anyone wants to add a nice new javascript settings page that is degradable you are welcome to make patches we can apply.
