I am working on a group's site, and am having a bit of difficulty on this(if its possible).

I will use my site through this though because im more familiar w/ the content.

On the left hand side of my site(http://www.perpetuallypissed.com) I have a simple navigation menu. When you click on a catagory, such as Portfolio (this will be modified eventually to show all sub nodes, just havent done that yet), then 3D & Animation (we are now at http://www.perpetuallypissed.com/taxonomy_menu/8/29), It has the header, '3D & Animation', and thne the first Item: "Burnt (Flash Game)". Here is what I want, to put a chunk of text between those two, and have them dependent on the area. So, this area would havea description about my 3D & Anim stuff, the section on my technical rants (http://www.perpetuallypissed.com/taxonomy_menu/5/19) would have a blurb about that, this should follow for each node. So kinda like a page display, and under that list the pages, articles, etc.

I have seen somehting similar done w/ books, like on the drupal handbook (http://drupal.org/handbook) where it has the description, and the individual subchapters, but I would rather have the full teasers for the taxonomy / vocabulary than just the headers.

Is this possible? As a imediate fix, I am going to chance the menu to have a static page, with the navigation, and then a link to the node. At the end of the page, can I insert php code to spit out the teasers for a taxonomy?

Thanks,
