I propose putting the "Revisions to Mass Delete" menu item in the "Content management" menu. Right now it is orphaned and looks out of place.

Good catch. I forgot to update that when migrating to D5. I have implemented the fix in the dev snapshot, should be in the next stable D5 release as well.
