Maybe it's just me, but when I saw webchick's video demo and saw the cancel button, I immediately thought it was a delete button.
Anyone else have that reaction? Is there a more universal icon for cancellation actions?

wim leersYou're the first to make that comment so it might be just you. Personally, I think it's a very valid concern, and it's clear you could interpret it that way. I've passed it on to the Spark UX people.

nirbhasa commentedMaybe changing the icon to a simple 'Discard changes' would help. (Actually, the popup that comes up when you hit the cancel button does help clarify what is meant)

wim leersAs a side-effect of #1678002: Edit should provide a usable entity-level toolbar for saving fields, we're probably removing the "Cancel" button altogether :)
