Both "Members" and "Site User List" are excellent modules. I like, especially "Site User List"'s flexible display style, which "Members" lacks (for instance username here is always the first column). At the same time "Members" module has some cool features that "Site User List" doesn't. I noticed that the 2 modules are doing more or less the same. Members module has some cool features which this Site User List doesn't, and vice-versa. For instance, Members module displays values from Profile module as links (which is VERY useful), while Site User List doesn't. Also Members-module allows display by roles, it allows customizable pageination, ability to create more than one type of list, as well as many other features, but it lacks the Search or Display functionality as "Site User List". Plus, Members-module is not as customizable in its display options as Site User List module. In short, both modules are very cool, but could really suplement each other if the efforts are joined.

Therefore, I propose that the two modules and "Site User List" and "Members" are merged into one very flexible and highly customizable module!!!

I check the module thoroughly before starting with the major updates and the way both modules handle the listings are completely separate. The members module has weighted fields and more fields will be added so there is not much to "borrow" from the Site User List module from what I can see, at least nothing that I am not already busy creating in the near future.

well, I thought I'd just make a note since I noticed that Site User List is planning to develop features which are already in Members, and vice versa.

I'm looking forward to a new release of Members. Hopefully it will have buddylist functionalities like with Facebook "View User's buddies" (which no module, that I know of, has) and "Add to my Buddylist"... as well as icons
