Works fine in Firefox, but in IE you have to insert some text and press enter before the containers kick in, and they are a little buggy.

More testing in IE would improve the project IMHO.

This is a WYMeditor 0.2 bug, that should be fixed in WYMeditor 0.4.
Unfortunately, WYMEditor 0.4 still cannot be integrated in Drupal 5.
