You'll need a .info too (rename attached premium.info.txt to premium.info).

This appears to be a duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/109742 although the issue title of that had been changed to an unhelpful and undescriptive "test the patch", so it's understandable.

There's a bit more advanced patch available on that thread from zostay and peterx
