Hi,

This new cookie law has great concern. Is it possible to not only ask for permission for Google Analytics, but also for Google Adsense and other 3rd party cookies. This Javascript already does it, so maybe a way to look into that solution?

Yes you can implement either a through Drupal sub modules or by putting JavaScript code in the admin UI.
I don't have time to try and cover an unlimited list of 3rd party cookie setting software i'm afraid.
