Deleted article from the content menu

I deleted the article from the content ... can this be restored. I am so new and think I messed this up. Feedback anyone?

Only if you have a backup copy of the database.
One other thing if the site is indexed by Google you might be able to get a cached version of the page allowing you to copy it and paste it into a new article.
