I cannot get the profile data to show up in the userlists tabular form. I can only see the user ID, email and the edit/view. I have all of the fields set to public, but still cant seem to get it.

This version of User List is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
