Filter and paginator disappear on node selection error

* Open a Bulk Operations View containing an exposed filter and make sure it returns more nodes than can fit one page.
* Don't select any node and click "Execute".
=> The error "No nodes selected" is displayed on the view page, but the filter and paginator have disappeared.
