Multi-lingual site, body field and menu translation.

Hi to Drupal community

I'm not that advance in drupal, and im exploring about creating multilingual site.. I already setup the internalization, Localization, and variable modules and enabling them with necessary modules and from a youtube tut video I successfully follow it on my site.

My problem is, how do Body, Menu, Title be translated to other language invoked by its switcher. Please see my sample setup site: http://epicdrupal.wisertips.com/test please notice that when I switch from english to Japanese it only switch from node to node? sorry if I'm dumb with this... I want to achieve that when I created a page in english it will automatically translate its body and other into the desired language when it switch from language to language? is it possible? any help will greatly appreciated. Thanks
