Video filter is not being translated in ckeditor despite the translation is present in the database.

Here is a patch. It may need to rebuild the javascript language files (ex. delete files from sites/files/languages), clear drupal cache and clear te browser cache.

Closing this outdated ticket. D6 version is no longer supported. This is no longer an issue in D7/D8.
