I'm trying to add a javascript based widget to a mini panel. The widget is called via a div inside a custom block.

I've added the custom block to the mini panel (along with some other text based blocks that are working fine). It's just the custom block with the js widget that won't show up.

If I add the custom block to any 'regular' region of the page it works perfectly, it's only when it's in the mini panel.

Does mini panels not support javascript?

Also, the widget is inside of a large 'mega-type' menu dropdown. The content of the dropdown is not loaded until the parent link is hovered over (the menu uses qtip library as well)

I too am wondering about adding js to a custom pane... i have tried using a php custom pane and adding js and css through drupal hooks, but since i am a newb, i am guessing that the "drupal add_js/drupal add_css" only works on nodes and not panes in panels?
