I tried to configure Flat Rate services with the recommended dependency: Commerce Shipping 7.x-2.0-beta1 and after add some Flat Rate services and create an order I don't see any available rate services at checkout/40/shipping. If I update to commerce_shipping-7.x-2.x-dev it works as expected.

Is this a some recognized compatibility problem? Maybe is good idea to create a new recommended release in that case.

Not sure if it's an existing bug or not (as I have a site running the beta just fine), but I hope to make a new release today or tomorrow. No sense leaving an issue open for a previous bug, so I'm just going to set this to fixed I suppose.
