I get this Notice when I go to Samara settings if i've set it as Admin theme beforehand. Also common settings for the theme do not display.
If another theme is selected as Admin theme the error goes away and the settings display once more.

Undefined index: theme_settings in samara_form_system_theme_settings_alter() (line 35 of /home/quickstart/websites/pizzamoretti.ro/sites/all/themes/contributed/samara/theme-settings.php).

Recently I moved it in vertical tab. Can you see these settings?
