jquery_update.info's package = User Interface (uppercase I)

dblclcik.info's package = User interface (lowercase i)

This results in two separate fieldset groups on the module admin page called "User I/interface." I changed JQuery's .info to match Double Click's.

In general, packages are named Camel Case, not Camel case. So I'm won't fixing this issue (cleaning up the issue queue).
